Each 16 oz concentrate makes 10 spray bottles using a 10:1 dilution. Pour approximately 1.6 oz of concentrate into an empty Theory spray bottle, fill the rest with tap water, you're done. Detailed instructions ship with the kit.
Yes. Four 16 oz labeled Theory spray bottles ship with the kit at no additional charge — one for each cleaner. They're the same bottles we sell separately at $5 each ($20 value). They're yours to refill for years.
10:1 by volume. Roughly 1.6 oz of concentrate to 14.4 oz of water in a 16 oz spray bottle. We include a measuring guide and the bottles have a fill line.
Standard tap water works for most U.S. cities. If you have very hard water, distilled water will give you slightly fewer mineral spots on glass. For all four cleaners, regular tap is fine.
Forty bottles of cleaner is roughly 12-18 months of use for the average household. Subscription is set to every 6 months by default — most subscribers find they have one full refill cycle still on the shelf when the next box arrives. Adjust the cadence in your account if you want longer between shipments.
